Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County Florida, described as:
Lot 23, PELICAN STRAND RE-PLAT TRACT 15, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 92 and 93, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at the public sale to the highest bidder on December 3, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
