NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014 and entered in 2013 CA 000175 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein nationstar mortgage, llc, is the Plaintiff and john t. gulliford; glenn thornhill a/k/a glenNo. thornhill; kristin b. thornhill; kristina k. gulliford; 2730 ponce de leon llc are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on December 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK C, POINCIANA VILLAGE UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
