Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 28, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 114, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 03, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
