NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-001736 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANDY NACHSIN, AKA SHANDY A. NACHSIN, PARK LANE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SHANDY NACHSIN, WOOD STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.., REGIONS BANK , UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION 1 , UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION 2 , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3 day of December, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. A-10, of PARK LANE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page(s) 36 through 36D, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1350, Page 1462 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
