Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2014 CA 000682 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and TRACY L. FRENETTE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 86, LOCKWOOD MEADOWS UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 26, 26A THROUGH 26E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 10th day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
