NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 005269 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and KATHERINE V. DILLON A/K/A KATHY V. DILLON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE V. DILLON A/K/A KATHY V. DILLON; THE DUCK KEY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 24, 13TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
