NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 010504 NC DIV. A of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2005-AA9, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. BROWN A/K/A JAMES BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. BROWN A/K/A JAMES BROWN N/K/A AMANDA BROWN; BELLA VILLINO II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA VILLINO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1616, BUILDING C, BELLA VILLINO II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT #2005111732, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 48 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH GARAGE F-5 DESIGNATED AS A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
