NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 009173 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A2 is the Plaintiff and DAI DUC HOANG; THUY DUONG PHAN; RIVENDELL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT N/K/A YVONNE HOANG are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 182, RIVENDELL, UNIT 5, THE WOODLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 35, 35A THROUGH 35G OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
