NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002680 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and Brigitte Marchitto, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Act Lending Corporation DBA Act Mortgage Capital, Vintage Grand Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 11, BUILDING 17, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
