NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021830 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Waschovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series is the Plaintiff and Kenneth W. Tebo; Unknown Spouse of Kenneth W. Tebo; Patti M. Tebo; Fifth Third Bank (South Florida); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Vivienda at the Meadows Condominium Association are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 25, VIVIENDA AT THE MEADOWS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1199, PAGE 1109-1135, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13B AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
