NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of October 2014 entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002663 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Residential, LLC, successor by merger to ESB-MH Holdings, LLC is Plaintiff, and Margaret Brady; Michael Brady; Sarasota County, Florida; The Meadows Community Association, Inc.; Papillon Condominium Association, Inc.; and United States of America are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 26th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 19 of the VILLAS OF PAPILLON, A CONDOMINIUM, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1335, Page 1243, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 20, 20A through 20F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
