LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 4930 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
