YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, lying in Section 18, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, being further bound and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 18, Thence South 88 degs. 44 mins. 53 secs. West along the North line of said Section 18, for 746.03 feet; Thence South 00 degs. 02 mins. 59 secs. West for 42.48 feet to the South right-of-way line (as monumented and maintained) of Rich Road, being the Point of Beginning of the parcel herein described; Thence continue Southerly along said line, for 812.07 feet; Thence South 89 degs. 02 mins 42 secs. West, for 269.46 feet North 00 degs. 02 mins. 59 secs. East, for 812.07 feet to said South right-of-way line (as monumented and maintained) of Rich Road; Thence North 89 degs. 02 mins. 42 secs. East along said South right-of-way line, for 269.46 feet to the Point of Beginning. Bearings are based on the Northeasterly right-of-way of interstate No. 75 as bearing North 45 degs. 46 mins. 00 secs. West.
