A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE WEST HALF OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, WHICH TRACT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 7, OF RINDFLEISCH SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY;
RUN SOUTH 51 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST ALONG ' THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 5 OF SAID SUBDIVISION ALONG THE NORTHERLY END OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT 40 FEET WIDE FOR 50.76 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY LINE
OF SAID ROADWAY EASEMENT AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED.

THENCE RUN SOUTH 55 DEGREES 41 MINURES 10 SECOMDS WEST FOR 110 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE CENTERLINE OF HENDRY CREEK;
