NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051389 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Thomas H. Owens a/k/a Thomas Owens; Judith A. Good Owens; Bank of America, N.A.; Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on December 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 131, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SAN CARLOS PARK. UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 326. AT PAGE 195. INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
