NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004024 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is Plaintiff and JOHN D. KLOSNER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. KLOSNER; THE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE LANDINGS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORI BUILDING & DESIGN GROUP, INC.; THE LANDINGS RACQUET CLUB, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 10th day of December, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 116, THE LANDINGS-UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 12 AND 12A THRU 12F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
