NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-051120 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, NA, Successor Trustee to Bankof America, NA, Successor in Interest to LaSalle Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the Holders of the WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-0A6, Plaintiff and Egrets Landing At Bonita Bay Condominium Association Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. FF-201, EGRETS LANDING AT BONITA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3103, PAGE 4088, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
