NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 5 day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051168, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-WMC1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and CAROL REILLY; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 3995, UNIT 55, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92 TO 106, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
