NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated NOVEMBER 5, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-051007 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOHN MCARDLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MCARDLE; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of December, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 233 UNIT 18 SAN CARLOS PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 173 PAGE 389, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 18549 WINTER HAVEN ROAD, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA 33912.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
