NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in 58-2013-CA-008248 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and EMIL A. LEJNAR A/K/A EMIL LEJNAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMIL A. LEJNAR A/K/A EMIL LEJNAR; LAKE TIPPECANOE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CADENCE BANK, N.A. F/K/A SUPERIOR BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SUPERIOR BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PEOPLE'S COMMUNITY BANK OF THE WEST COAST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 70, LAKE TIPPECANOE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 987, PAGE 114, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 28, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OFTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
