Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 12 day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-51247 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. f/k/a COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS L. SMUDER, RHONDA L. SMUDER and odyssey at olympia point, inc., are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of December, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 487, OLYMPIA POINTE, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 82, Pages 84 through 97, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 8583 Athena Court, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
