NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA003569 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-A UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2007, is Plaintiff, and Robert Plantamura also known as Robert F. Plantamura, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, CANTERBURY FARMS UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 132 and 133 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 14122 Chesterfield Trail, Hudson, FL 34669
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
