MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR81, is the Plaintiff and DAVID J SHERMAN, JR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID J. SHERMAN, JR N/K/A JANE DOE; RICHARD DEROUIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A BETTY KEEL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 12/30/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
