Book 1159, Pages 1382 1478 inclusive, and re recorded in O.R. Book 1160, Pages 296 392 inclusive, and amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium of Paradise Lakes Resort Condominium, amending and adding Phase II and correcting Phase I, as recorded in O.R. Book 1325, Pages 331 347 inclusive, and further amended in O.R. Book 1325, Pages 348 366 inclusive, O.R. Book 1366, Page 1937, O.R. Book 1456, Page 934, O.R. Book 1585, Page 1716, O.R. Book 1969, Page 1102, O.R. Book 1698, Page 1111 and O.R. Book 1747, Page 1833, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
