NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003665-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Grace Stafford a/k/a Kimberly G. Stafford a/k/a Kimberly Vidas a/k/a Kimberly G. Vidas a/k/a Kimberly Grace Vidas; Ken Vidas, a/k/a Kenneth R. Vidas a/k/a Kenneth Richard Vidas; Unknown Spouse of Kimberly Grace Stafford a/k/a Kimberly G. Stafford a/k/a Kimberly Vidas a/k/a Kimberly G. Vidas a/k/a Kimberly Grace Vidas; State Of Florida; Golf Coast Assistance LLC; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s); Unknown Spouse of Ken Vidas a/k/a Kenneth R Vidas a/k/a Kenneth Richard Vidas are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2609, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 21-B, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
