NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A part of Lot 3, Block 1, Oak View Terrace - Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 11, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, run thence 89 degrees 57 minutes 25 seconds East, 81.24 feet along the North boundary of said Lot 3, to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 57 minutes 25 seconds East, 16.83 feet along said North boundary; thence South 24 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds West, 117.08 feet to the point on the curve on the Southerly boundary of said Lot 3; thence Northwesterly along said Southerly boundary, 20.07 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 75.0 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 73 degrees 19 minutes 07 seconds West 20.01 feet; thence North 24 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds East 43.32 feet; thence South 65 degrees 43 minutes 19 seconds East 4.50 feet; thence North 24 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds East 69.48 feet to the Point of Beginning.
