NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2014 entered in Case No. 10-CA-001607 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and Geraldine P. Williams; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. MIN No. 100040000084496391; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interest By, Through, Under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 14 OF APOLLO BEACH, UNIT 1, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 40 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
