NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011CA009340 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC LINDEBLAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL A. LINDENBLAD, ERIC LINDENBLAD, GAIL A. LINDENBLAD, STONELAKE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 130, STONELAKE RANCH-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 210, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
