FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Minh V. Le, Unknown Tenant (s), Hau Nguyen, Reserve At Woodmont Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
