NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-014646 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA16, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA16 is the Plaintiff and Nelson Hidalgo; Lidia S. Hidalgo; Palmera Pointe Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (MIN#1000157-0006819604-3); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8002A LANDMARK CIRCLE, BUILDING 25 OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 711 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
