NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015447, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17, is Plaintiff and CONSTANCE PINARDI; ROBERT ANTHONY PINARDI; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
