NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-012331 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICAN, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAAC 2007-SP3 is the Plaintiff and MARIA TAMAYO; MARIANO TAMAYO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 02, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 70 FEET OF THE EAST 140 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF DEEDED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES IN DEED BOOK 1687, PAGE 543 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 123.0 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
