NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned matter, the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Alcoholic Beverage License No. 39-00938, a series 4COP quota license issued for use in Hillsborough County, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www/Hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
