NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08011101CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and SERGEY V. AFANASIEV A/K/A SERGEY AFANASIEV; CASA DEL MAR I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 406, WEST BUILDING, CASA DEL MAR I, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK BOOK 4472, PAGE 617, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 37, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 19, AND COMDONIMIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
