NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-004854-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, As Trustee For The Holders Of The Dover Mortgage Capital Corporation, Grantor Trust Certificate Series 2004-a, is the Plaintiff and Barbara L. Ray a/k/a Barbara Ray, Achieva Credit Union, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
