NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-002675-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and ROBERT G. BEDINIA/K/A ROBERT BEDINI, KATHLEEN I BEDINI, VILLAS OF SUNSET GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, VILLAS OF SUNSET GROVE PHASE I, II, III, IV, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
