NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 27, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-008272, DIVISION: 15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA L. SANJURJO; JOSEPH R. SANJURJO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of December, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27, A DISTANCE OF 768.79 FEET; THENCE N 75º55'33” W, A DISTANCE OF 25.77 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 75º55'33” W, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF OAKLAND SUBDIVISION NUMBER 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, A DISTANCE OF 160.71 FEET; THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 67.27 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75º59'00” E, A DISTANCE OF 160.67 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NEW YORK AVENUE, 25.00 FEET WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 27, A DISTANCE OF 67.44 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
