Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK, a Federally Chartered Savings Bank, Plaintiff, and ROBERT F. LOPEZ, an individual; JOANN M. LOPEZ, an individual; CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA, a municipality; PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; DANIEL THOM, as successor by Assignment to Joseph A. Martinson, Jr., an individual; DOVE INVESTMENT CORP., as successor by Assignment to DebtOne, LLC, as successor by Assignment to Chase Bank USA, N.A., a Florida corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants are Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 12th day of January, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
