NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 522012CA004923XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and ROSE W. GORDON A/K/A ROSE GORDON, DB50 HVAC 2005-1 TRUST, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, MARTIN TERRACE 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
