NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-013800-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and G. BARRY WILKINSON, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DAVID W. BANKS, STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SAM SAPIENZA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID W. BANKS, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, HAMILTON HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SEA TOWERS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CHERALYN M. WILLE, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NA, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID W. BANKS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERALYN M. WILLE N/K/A JOHN WILLE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against David W. Banks, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel Composed of Unit 103, Seatowers, and an undivided interest of share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants conditions restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of the Hamilton House, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3288, Page 333 through 360 and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 43 through 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
