NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 000549 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST A/AN DIVISION OF WILIMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUSTY 2 is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH SZELTNER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A SHAWNI ATKINS, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 A/K/A ROB P. TISDALE, UNKNOWN TENANT #3 A/K/A TANYA CLARK, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 A/K/A LARRY HENDRICKS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH SZELTNER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, Revised Map of Safford`s Addition to the Town of St. Petersburg, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 77, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
