Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 14-002838-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TAMMY L. COULTON, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 5005, Building 50, PHASE 9 OF LAKE FOREST, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page(s) 56 through 62, and being further described in that certain Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1082 through 1163 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
