NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in CASE NO. 14-003165-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REBECCA J. MAYS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE REBECCA J. MAYS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 24, 2003, the Plaintiff, and ADAM BLAKE TRENT AND JAMIE NICHOLE TRENT, HIS WIFE, JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on DECEMBER 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 7, ADDITION TO FORD'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof in Plat Book 35, Page(s) 38, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
