NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-11106 CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Nicole M. Walton; Edward R. Walton, Jr. a/k/a Edward R. Walton; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
