NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522010CA000811XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM2, is Plaintiff and Gwendolyn H. Noun, et al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, UNIT 7C WEXFORD LEAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
