NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in 10-015993-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007, SECURITIZED ASSET-BACKED RECEIVABLES, LLC, TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff and CURTIS E. MCLEOD; DONNA G. MCLEOD; WESTMONTE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, WESTMONT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 45 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
