NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004599 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ALICE E. ANGLES, CHARLES E. ANGLES, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Woodridge Estates Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON BEING KNOWN AS 1823 CHATEAU DRIVE WEST, CLEARWATER, FL 33756.
BEING the same property conveyed by deed dated January 2, 2001 from Paul E. Roberts and Marion K. Roberts to Charles E. Angles and Alice E. Angles and recorded among the Public Records of Pinellas County on January 10, 2001 at Book 11185, Page 2134.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
