NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000315 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH HELLMER A/K/A ELIZABETH A. HELLMER, RAYMOND E. VARNEY A/K/A RAYMOND VARNEY, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S), WHO (IS/ARE) NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SPOUSES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ISLAND TOWERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH HELLMER A/K/A ELIZABETH A. HELLMER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 704-B and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium of ISLAND TOWERS UNIT 2, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in OR Book 4174, at Pages 1037 through 1086, as amended in OR Book 4974, at Page 510; OR Book 5030, at Page 1123 and OR Book 6407, at Page 2263 and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Page(s) 20 through 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
