NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 24, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-005916-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and DEBRA JEAN TUCKER, SCOTT ALLAN MILLER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NORMAN P. PROULX, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., LEASECOMM CORPORATION, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, JEFFREY WOODROW MILLER, ARTHUR W. MILLER, A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NORMAN P. PROULX, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A MICHELLE PURDUM, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A DAVID PURDUM, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY W. MILLER N/K/A ROBERTA MILLER , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT ALLAN MILLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORMAN P. PROULX, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA JEAN TUCKER, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Norman P. Proulx, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 37, 38 and 39, Thuma Plat of Lots 1st Addition to St. Petersburg, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, formerly Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
