YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MANNING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, MANNING OAKS, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages(s) 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address of 1623 Canopy Oaks Blvd., Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 12-15-2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
